Experience

As a clinical psychologist I have trained extensively in individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, non-profits, college counseling centers, and schools.

My approach is informed by my humanistic and psychodynamic training. I also draw from other modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and coaching.

I received my PsyD from William James College in Boston in 2017.

I completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente Psychiatry Department in San Rafael in 2019. I became licensed in 2020.
